I am a Southern California-based bilingual journalist specializing in print and digital media. I have over four years of experience in the field of journalism and digital media. While my passions include covering art, culture, social issues, community news, and other topics, I am also knowledgeable in content creation, social media management, marketing, and media production. I am currently a senior at Cal State University, Fullerton, pursuing a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in journalism and a minor in Chicana/Chicano studies seeking a career in communications/multimedia journalism.

CSU requires all campus community to be fully vaccinated by September

California State Universities will now require all faculty, staff and students to be vaccinated against COVID-19 before returning to campus for the fall semester. Fullerton City Council approved a $35 million tax-exempt financed loan to Marshall B. Ketchum University in a unanimous vote on Tuesday. Cal State Fullerton's Student Recreation Center hosted its grand reopening on June 1, as it now allows access to students, staff and faculty at a limited capacity since its closure on March 16, 2020. After nearly an hour and a half of public comment and discussion, the Fullerton City Council agreed to return the pride flag to its original location on the main flagpole at their meeting on June 1.
